Summer Flies By...

We managed to pack a lot of stuff into the last month.  A college graduation, cleaning out and selling our mountain condo, a trip to Pacific City, celebrating our anniversary and lots of little outings around home.

Graduation day was sunny but windy.  SO exciting for our son completing this part of his life!

Mae was right at home at the ocean in Pacific City



Mae even met another Mcnab at the beach!

 When things slow down (Ha, dream on) I will post more often , hopefully.  Until then, I hope your summer has been terrific!!

    Wow the beach looks amazing. What is that huge rock in the middle of the ocean? Is it climable??

    Congrats to your son, time too start enjoying life for a bit lol

      Hey I think I found the perfect marathon for you! It starts right across the street from my house! :) Maybe you should consider it for next year? It's run on a dirt "rail trail" , gradual descent over the course....AND it's a Boston qualifier! check it out~ http://jackjillmarathon.com/#about

    Hi!

    I think they are called "sea stacks". Lots of them around the coast there. It's wet, sandy, loose rock and covered with Guano! ha ha ha, so no, I would say not a good climbing spot :) The beach is fantastic though!

    Oh yes, son is enjoying life. drove down to Redwoods and is hoping to go to Texas. Mostly been hanging out with friends in Seattle trying to get the inside line on a cheap apartment and delivering pizza! having a fun summer~
